When items you request arrive at your specified branch for pickup, you will be contacted depending on the settings of your library account. You may choose to be contacted by email, text message or receive a phone call. To check your contact settings, log in to your account at the library website, or call the Library at 770-978-5154 during open hours. You will need your library account number and 4-digit PIN to login online or verify your account over the phone. Items remain on hold for 5 days. After that time, they will either be sent on to the next customer in line, or returned to their regular shelving area.
