Local Author Day
Join us for Local Author Day on Saturday, November 1, 2025,
from 11 am to 2 pm at the Norcross Branch.
This exciting event provides a platform for local writers to showcase their work, connect with readers, and network with local authors. It allows readers to explore new authors, purchase books, and have them signed! We aim to bring libraries, local authors, and readers together throughout our community.

- Books must have been published within the last 3 years (2022-2025).
- Books previously selected for Indie Author Day or Local Author Day 2024 cannot be resubmitted.
- All genres of books are welcome, but genres that appeal to a broader audience (e.g. historical fiction, romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, children/YA) will be given priority.
- Only one book can be submitted.
- The submission form and book for review must be received by September 5, 2025.
- The publication’s quality, local interest, and artistic merit will also be considered.
