How to Use Our Passport Services

1. Review all required documentation, payments, and instructions found on travel.state.gov. Applicants must apply in person using Form DS-11. Staff cannot process any applications missing any documents or incorrect payments. For all questions about passport requirements, please visit travel.state.gov.
2. For a timeslot, arrive to one of these locations listed below when the library opens, passport processing hours listed below. Our Passport Service reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
3. Wait in line to receive a daily time slot. Time slots are given out when the library opens. Once those time slots are all taken, no further times are available for that day.
