Dan Curry is a native of the Centerville community and a graduate of South Gwinnett High School. His professional background includes almost three decades in the nursery and landscaping business as well as almost 20 years working for a tariff publication in the transportation industry. Mr. Curry also spent a decade in the insurance industry before working as a church administrator for Hope and Life Fellowship, where he also served on the Board of Deacons and worked to establish a food pantry that assisted more than 200 families per week.
Most recently Mr. Curry served as the mayor of the City of Loganville, where he also served a term as councilman. He is involved with the Loganville Lions Club and is past president and founding board member of the Centerville Business Association. Mr. Curry married his high school sweetheart, Nancy, and they have been together more than 40 years. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren.
