Long Overdue Materials Policy

Customer records will be blocked based on a combination of factors which could include the number of overdue items and the length of time said items are late. Action to recover overdue items or their replacement cost will be determined by the Director.

 

Notwithstanding any provision of this policy to the contrary, the Gwinnett County Public Library retains the discretion to refer matters covered by this policy to law enforcement.
