The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance /Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE) sites can be found in community centers, libraries, churches, shopping malls, retirements homes, etc.  Call (800) TAX-1040 or (800) 829-1040 for a location.  Additionally, you can also contact the IRS Taxpayer Education Coordinator at your local IRS office for VITA/TCE site locator and other related information.
