At the Movies and Your Library!

Beginning with the December 30, 2006 live matinee performance of the  The Magic Flute, the Metropolitan Opera launched Metropolitan Opera: Live in HD, a series of six productions from the 2006/2007 season.  The performances will be broadcast in select US movie theatres equipped to present high definition satellite video downloads on the big screen, including several in the metropolitan Atlanta area.
