Services for Customers with Disabilities Policy

The Gwinnett County Public Library makes its services, facilities, programs, and accommodations accessible to all. Individuals with disabilities who wish to discuss their access to a library service or place a complaint about access will have their concerns addressed quickly, courteously, and with as positive a result as is possible for that individual, subject to the available resources of the library and its governing body.
